FREE HEALTH MINI-CONSULT (15 min) (phone or online)
NEW PATIENTS – FIRST ACUPUNCTURE SESSION
For NEW patients, this first session includes a complete health check and Chinese-medicine based diagnosis as well as your first treatment in clinic. You are requested to complete a detailed health-intake questionnaire prior to your first session. Fee is £79 (incl. VAT @20%).
NEW PATIENTS – FAST TRACK PAIN CLINIC
For NEW patients, with pain, this first session gives you rapid access to the clinic and books you in for an acupuncture session straight away. Fee is £79 (incl. VAT @20%).
CURRENT PATIENTS – SINGLE ACUPUNCTURE SESSION
For patients who have completed their first session, this standard single session is 50 mins (allow up to 1 hr). Fee for single session is £79 with a reduced rate of £69 when booked as a part of One Health Programme, or £66 as part of monthly One Health Membership, both of which are bookable at the clinic (all fees are incl. of VAT @20%).
CHINESE HERBAL MEDICINE
Please contact us for further details. Available to all throughout the UK as consultations are completed via phone or video link and herbal medicine is posted to you. Herbal Medicine is available as raw herbs that are made up into a decoction/tea or as freeze-dried granules (100% herbs) which are reconstituted by adding hot water.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The clinic is very busy and to ensure fairness and access we have a policy that less than 2 working days notice will incur a 100% fee. We always try to reschedule an appointment within the same week (no fee applied). For exceptional and genuine circumstances including acute illness, we are always considerate. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation so we can provide appointments for everyone.

We are the middle terrace of the row of Georgian Buildings, right by the Imperial Hotel, on the riverfront.
Please ring the main “one” doorbell. Out of hours, you can ring up to each of our eight treatment-rooms and your therapist will let you know which bell to use. Thank you.
DISABLED ACCESS If you have a Blue Badge you are very welcome to park directly outside clinic (double yellows). There are 3 steps up to the clinic and we have no ramp (Grade II listed). It may be possible to book a ground-floor treatment room with advance notice but please specify this and you will need to be able to come up the steps. We do not have disabled access toilet facilities due to the narrow nature of the corridors.
PARKING Nearest Parking 1-2 mins walk: Belle Meadow Car Park (EX32 8QB). Up to 2 hrs FREE parking is available approx. 5-7 min walk away, at the Barnstaple Retail Park, Station Road, Barnstaple, EX31 2BP.
